Olivier Puel

Dr Olivier Puel is research engineer specialized in the biosynthesis of mycotoxins and the characterization of fungal specialised metabolomes. At the INRAE's Food Toxicology Unit (Toxalim) in Toulouse, he is leading a team dedicated to the biosynthesis and toxicity of mycotoxins.
