Gérard Coquerelle

Gérard Coquerelle spent his entire career as a poultry genetics engineer at INRA, working in the experimental breeding facility where the dwarfism gene that led to the Vedette hen was discovered. As a breeder of local breeds himself, he has acquired unique expertise in analyzing the morphological diversity of chickens, which he has passed on to the authors of this new book.
