Tristan Fournier

Tristan Fournier is a sociologist and research fellow at CNRS (Iris – EHESS) in Paris, France. His work focuses mainly on the social, moral and political issues of food changes, and questions the status of biomedical knowledge as well as the relationships between food, health and the body.
