<p>Cet ouvrage apporte une analyse synthétique sur les réaménagements forestiers des carrières de granulats après extraction (en particulier de roches massives), à partir de trois sources d'information : les dossiers concernant les expérimentations de réaménagement forestier mises en place dans les années 1974-1990 dans le cadre du Comité de gestion de la taxe parafiscale ; les articles et rapports sur les méthodes récentes de réaménagement forestier de carrières pratiquées dans différents pays européens, au Canada et aux États-Unis ; une phase d'enquête de terrain concernant des réaménagements réalisés dans les années 1974-1990 et des réaménagements récents ou en cours. Il concerne tous ceux, carriers ou exploitants forestiers, impliqués dans le réaménagement forestier de carrières de roches massives.</p>
<p>This document provides an overview of the reforestation of quarries after extraction (particularly large rock quarries), on the basis of three sources of information: files concerning reforestation experiments that took place during the years 1974-1990 within the framework of the "quasi-tax" management committee; articles and reports on recent methods of quarry reforestation methods practiced in the different countries of Europe, in Canada and in the United States; and a field survey phase concerning reforestation carried out during the years 1974-1990 and recent reforestation projects or those in progress. It is earmarked for all those people, whether they be quarry or logging operators, involved in the reforestation of large rock quarries.</p>
